Quint Digital Limited informed the BSE Limited that its Board of Directors approved, subject to member approval, a resolution to permit the creation of a pledge or charge on company assets, the granting of loans to related parties, and entering into related party transactions, alongside a notice of a Postal Ballot to seek member approval for these matters, during a meeting held on September 14, 2026.
